To be admissible as a member-author of artistic works, you must:

• Be the author or coauthor of at least one artistic work that has or will be used in at least one the following forms: public exhibition, reproduction in any format or material form, audiovisual and televisual performance, communication to the public by telecommunication, private copying and reprographic reproduction, OR;
• Have acquired upon the author's death, by will or under the law, the succession rights, title to and interest in a work described in the above paragraphs.
