SODRAC participates in the copyright consultation initiated by the Canadian Heritage and Official Languages and the Industry, Science and Technology ministries. Here is the brief that we have sent on behalf of our members today, and in which we deal mainly with the following topics:
- Maintaining and expanding the private copying regime
- Accountability of Internet Service Providers
- The resale right and the right of exhibition of artistic works
- Additional exceptions requested by certain user groups
