Commercial Radio
You are a commercial radio station licensed under the Broadcasting Act.
This license authorizes you to reproduce a work of our repertoire made by the station as part of its broadcasting operations, including simultaneous broadcasting.
For all the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) members
For a low-use station (a station that broadcasts published sound recordings of musical works for less than 20% of its total broadcast time (excluding production music) during the reference month :
0.090% on the first $ 625,000 gross annual income
0.173% off the next $ 625,000
0.289% off the rest
For other stations:
0.203% on the first $ 625,000 gross annual income
0.398% off the next $ 625,000
0.826% off the rest

0.233% on the first $ 625,000 gross annual income
0.457% off the next $ 625,000
