Semi-interactive Webcast
You offer a semi-interactive webcast service of audio programming, excluding on-demand streaming, consisting in whole or in part of musical works, that can be categorized by genre or otherwise and for which the user has not control over the order and timing of the transmission of the musical works incorporated therein, and prior knowledge of that order and time, but may affect the selection of musical works that are specially transmitted.
This license authorizes you to reproduce all or part of any musical work in our repertoire in order to transmit it in a file to a user in Canada via the Internet or another similar network of computers, including wireless transmission.
