Commercial Television (Tariff 8)
You are a broadcasting company that broadcasts an audiovisual work in which the work of the repertoire is already embedded.
This license authorizes you to reproduce work of SODRAC’s repertoire that is already embedded into a program, in any known or future form or medium, solely for the broadcasting of the program by the station, including simultaneous broadcasting.
Regular Rate
0.66% of the station’s gross revenues for the reference month, adjusted according to the use of the SODRAC repertoire expressed as a percentage of the music broadcasted.
