Music Licence – audiovisual – synchronization

You are, or are acting on behalf of a school, community organization or not-for-profit corporation and you wish to obtain permission to reproduce a musical work in your audiovisual project that is not covered by another general license.
This license authorizes you to reproduce a musical work of SODRAC’s repertoire, in whole or in part, in an audiovisual production for a non-commercial purpose.
SODRAC reserves the right to determine whether the project qualifies as a non-commercial project. Several criteria will be taken into account, including the targeted markets and the nature of the production.
Fees
The fee is established according to several criteria, including the territory covered by the license, the duration of the license, the markets on which the production will be broadcast and the duration of the excerpt used, while taking into account your budget.
Administrative Fee
Administrative fee of $ 75 will be charged if the license is granted for free or canceled.
