SRC / CBC General License
You are the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation that broadcasts an audiovisual work in which the work from the repertoire is already embedded.
This license authorizes you to reproduce a work from SODRAC’s repertoire that is already embedded into a program, in any known or future form or medium, solely for the broadcasting of the program by the station, including simultaneous broadcasting.
Regular Rate
14.478% of what the CBC pays under SOCAN Tariff 2.D.
