Subject to the terms of the publishing agreement, the Publisher who has already chosen SOCAN to represent its reproduction rights may decide to further instruct SOCAN to pay directly the Writer his/her share on its behalf. The Publisher Direction form hereunder provides you with such option at your discretion.

If, for any reason, you as the Rightsholder, no longer control certain or all musical works within your Repertoire, it is understood that the present SOCAN administration for these specific musical works will conclude, OR will shift to the new rightsholder if administered by SOCAN.
